The beautiful Aran Islands in County Galway, and the walk up to Dún Aonghasa (or Dun Aengus fort). You can see some of the cottage homes and the mainland just off in the distance. Absolutely stunning!
You'll see the phrase "Go n-éirí an bóthar leat" in Irish, which means "May the road rise to meet you." It's a special saying near and dear to my heart, and often when I am troubled, the phrase will appear as if to guide or assure me that I am still on the right path. (Rainbows tend to do that, too!) 🌈🌈☘️
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand.
